Holistic Yoga - Heals your body, mind & soul
Yoga tells us that when we heal the body, we only heal the body; when we heal the mind, we heal the body and the mind, but when we heal the soul, we heal all these three. The West's Mind-Body Medicine research confirms these spiritual tenets of India.
Yoga is an important aspect of our Vedic Heritage and we believe in presenting this Vedic Heritage in a scientific manner. Many people mistake Yoga as just some twisted body postures to prevent / heal physical ailments. That's like using the Philosopher's Stone ('Paras Patthar') to hammer a nail. Yoga does benefit physical wellness immensely (through Yogasana & Pranayama), but more importantly, it takes us beyond the body and induces mind control (through Pratyahara & Dharana) and eventually, it leads to rising soul-awareness (through Dhyana), for ultimate union (Samadhi). These principles are universal and work for all people of all faiths and backgrounds.
Yoga as a scientific presentation with parallel references to latest research in the West in the areas of Mind-Body Medicine, Stress Management, Quantum Physics... is both convincing and practical. Otherwise one can find a Yoga teacher in almost any street.
Our Yoga-aided Training Programmes in 'Healthcare & Wellness' and 'Integral Human Development' are conducted by Mr. Hans Dholakia, a disciple of one of the world's most reputed East-West saints who surprised modern medical science when in 1952, in the US, for 20 days after his mahasmadhi (a Yogi's final conscious exit from the body), his physical remains showed phenomenal incorruptibility - no rigor mortis, no drying of skin, no odor - only a baby's sweet smile on his radiant but serene face, a quiet aura, and mouldless, moist, lifeful skin ! There are documentations / photographs available.
The training programmes/ workshops are for all-round development. The workshops are for all levels of people, starting from senior team leaders to Managers/ GM's & HOD's/ VP's/ Directors & CEO & for International Guests interested to learn from our Vedic Heritage.
